Our team at Traffic Growth Pros knows that it can be tricky to find the right job fit with flexibility when it comes to working in marketing.
Starting your own marketing shop and being a “SoloPreneur” or Freelancer sounds fun and glamorous, but the reality is that having a team and experienced colleagues who are working with clients every day is a huge advantage.
As Paid Traffic continues to be an evolving AND moving target, it is becoming harder and harder for smaller businesses to navigate.
We’ve created the opportunity we wished we could have had when we started in marketing. It is designed for people who have some experience in marketing, have some contacts and are eager to have learning opportunities , eager to develop their own book of clients and looking for a team of mentors who can help and support them in their growth.
We’ve created a way for a person to make money by bringing over clients while having full flexibility to work how, when and where they want. We’re here to help provide mentorship and coaching to help you build client base.
Once you have sufficient clients and have a proven track record, we’ve created opportunities for a person to join our team, if it makes sense for both us.
Finding a job that is a great fit in today’s market is tricky. Our coaching program is intended to be a way to pay it forward and help provide people with a way to make money while learning AND looking for potential employment opportunities.
About the Program
We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are excited to build their own book of business.
We are currently accepting applications for people to mentor and coach in our program.
THERE IS NO COST TO BE PART OF THE PROGRAM. We know that many places charge thousands of dollars to teach and train. Our goal is to help give back to the community and help motivated people grow and succeed.
We are specifically hoping to work with individuals looking to learn marketing and are willing to make calls to businesses in order to build their own book of clients.
With a high starting commission rate, we are not planning on breaking even within this structure until you are hired as an employee. Once your book of business is paying your salary through commission, you will then be brought on as a full-time employee with a steady base pay, and will be switching to our normal commission rate as a result.
*We reserve the right to deny full-time positions on a per case basis.
From our side, if you do generate business, you would start as a contractor. Our goal is to coach and support you.
We don’t tell you when to work, how to work or where to work. There will be training and coaching calls that you are welcome to participate in, but you will be your own boss.
We will be providing you with the necessary tools needed for prospecting and the necessary training for each tool with the hope that you will use them to locate potential leads for yourself to service through Traffic Growth Pros.
You will not be expected to submit, track, or work for a certain amount of hours, however, you will be solely responsible for how quickly your commission can be received.
Target Profitability Goal: Achieve a monthly book of business worth $10,000.
Target Employment Goal: Achieve a monthly book of business worth $5,000.
Once reached the Target Profitability Goal, benefits such as Health Insurance, 401(k), ect, can be discussed and/or arranged.
Origination Commission: 5% on new client revenue for up to 12 months, paid monthly after a 30-day period if you choose not to service a client you bring to Traffic Growth Pros.
For Freelance Employees: 90% commission on the first $5,000, paid monthly after a 30-day period.
Taxation: Standard tax rates apply on commission before reaching the $5,000 option.
Team Shared Commission Rate Uncapped: Beyond $10,000, a 20% team-shared commission rate applies, paid monthly after a 30-day period.
